Basils Original Rauchkäse is cold-smoked over Bavarian beech and spruce wood using a centuries-old method to create a unique semi-soft cheese with a delicate smoky flavour. This semi-soft cheese is the perfect choice for raclette or gratins.

Bergader Smoked Cheese Chili & Paprika is available at the chilled section (200 g) and at the cheese counter.
