Our shop in Waging am See is the new centre for cheese lovers. Here you can taste and buy your favourite sort of cheese. Maybe you will even discover a new variety or an especially delicious combination of wine and cheese.

Opening hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 – 13:00 and 13:30 – 18:00
Saturday: 8:30 – 12:30
We are closed on Sundays and Holidays.

Cheese Academy

Bergader Cheese Dairy is renowned for the extraordinary cheese that is produced there. However, few people are aware that our cheeses are still being produced manually. Even today there are many production processes that a Bergader cheese master has to carry out manually, as careful handling produces a tastier product. Only the skill and instinct of the cheese specialist can guarantee cheese of a consistently high quality day in and day out.
