Raclette with Basils Smoked Cheese „Chili & Paprika“

Ingredients:
| 900 g | Basils Smoked Cheese „Chili & Paprika“ in slices from 3mm to 4mm thick |
| 300 g | bacon |
| 300 g | cooked or raw ham in thin slices |
| 300 g | boiled, hot, salted potatoes |
Preparation:
Preheat the raclette oven. Cut the Basils Original Smoked Cheese „Chili & Paprika“, bacon and ham to suit the size of the small raclette frying pan.
Fry the bacon and ham in the small frying pan, lay the slices of Basils Original Smoked Cheese „Chili & Paprika“ over it, bake in the oven and add to the hot potatoes.
Try out small ‘crostinis’: spread some marinated rucola and a slice of ham on a slice of baguette and pour the heated Basils Original Smoked Cheese „Chili & Paprika“ over it.
Tip: You can give your dining table even more variety by substituting 2/3 of the cheese for Basils Smoked Cheese „Original“ and Basils Smoked Cheese „Turkey Ham“.
