Omelette with Bavaria blu

Ingredients for 2 omelettes:

100 g Bavaria blu
2 tbsp. milk
4 eggs
  freshly ground pepper
2 slices of wholemeal bread
for toasting
1 small tomato
½ salad cucumber
2 salad leaves
  salt and pepper
  cress

Preparation:

Melt the Bavaria blu with the milk in a non-stick pan over a low heat. Beat the eggs and season with pepper.

Toast the wholemeal bread. Slice tomato and cucumber. Top each slice of toast with one salad leaf, tomato and cucumber slices and season with salt and pepper.

As soon as the cheese has melted into the milk to the consistency of cream pour in the beaten egg. Allow the omelette to set in the pan with a lid on over a medium to high heat. Garnish with cress and serve with the toast.

Time to prepare: approx. 20 minutes.
