Cannelloni au gratin with Basil Smoked Cheese „Original“

Ingredients:
| 250g | deep-frozen spinach leaves |
| 1 | medium sized tomatoe |
| 150g | Basil Smoked Cheese „Original“ |
| 1 | small clove of garlic |
| 1 tablespoon | of parsley |
| Salt and pepper from a mill, with freshly grated nutmeg |

| 250g | small cannelloni rolls |
| butter or oil for the ovenproof dish | |
| 125ml | cream |
| 125g | sour cream |
| 125ml | milk |
| 2 | eggs |
| 8 slices | of Basils Smoked Cheese „Original“ |
Preparation:
Squeeze out the spinach a little and chop it coarsely. Remove the stalk from the tomato and cut it into small pieces. Cut the Basils Smoked Cheese „Original“ into small cubes. Peel the clove of garlic and chop it finely. Mix the spinach, chopped tomato, cubes of smoked cheese and parsley together, then season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Use a small spoon to fill the small cannelloni rolls with the spinach mixture, then lay the rolls onto the greased ovenproof dish.
Beat the cream, sour cream, milk and eggs with a whisk, then season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the mixture over the cannelloni and cover it with slices of Basils Smoked Cheese „Original“.
Bake at 180 °C in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
