Pineapple strawberry skewers with a sweet cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 persons:
For the sauce:
| 150 g | Bavaria blu “25 % fat content” |
| 100 g | yoghurt |
| 4 tbsp. | milk |
| 4 tbsp. | cream |
| 1 tsp. | lemon juice |
| 1-2 tbsp. | icing sugar |
| 1 pinch of | vanilla sugar |
| 1 pinch | cinnamon |
| 1 pinch | cayenne pepper |
For the skewers:
| 1/4 | pineapple |
| 250 g | strawberries |
In addition:
| approx. 12 | wooden skewers |
| 1 tsp. | crushed red peppercorns |
Preparation:
For the sauce cut Bavaria blu “25 % fat content” into small pieces and puree with yoghurt, milk and cream. Season with lemon juice, icing sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and cayenne pepper.
Peel the pineapple, remove the core and cut into approx. 2 cm pieces. Wash and clean the strawberries and halve or quarter them. Thread the pieces of pineapple and strawberries alternately on the wooden skewers and place on serving plate. Serve the cheese sauce separately. Garnish with crushed red pepper.
Tip: Instead of Bavaria blu you can also use Bergader Edelpilz (crumbled into small pieces).
Time to prepare: approx. 20-25 minutes.
