Penne with wild garlic with Bergader Mini brie “mild & creamy”.

Ingredients for 4 persons:

50 g fresh young wild garlic
300 g Bergader Mini brie “mild & creamy”
400 g penne or other pasta
  salt
½ l vegetable stock
  freshly ground pepper

Preparation:

Pick over the wild garlic leaves, wash and cut into thin strips. Cut cheese into bare 1 cm cubes.

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente and drain in a sieve (do not rinse).

Heat the stock in a pot. Add cooked pasta and wild garlic strips, season with salt and pepper. Stir under cheese cubes, warm briefly and serve immediately.

Time to prepare: approx. 30 minutes
