Penne with wild garlic with Bergader Mini brie “mild & creamy”

Ingredients for 4 persons:
| 50 g | fresh young wild garlic |
| 300 g | Bergader Mini brie “mild & creamy” |
| 400 g | penne or other pasta |
| salt | |
| ½ l | vegetable stock |
| freshly ground pepper |
Preparation:
Pick over the wild garlic leaves, wash and cut into thin strips. Cut cheese into bare 1 cm cubes.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente and drain in a sieve (do not rinse).
Heat the stock in a pot. Add cooked pasta and wild garlic strips, season with salt and pepper. Stir under cheese cubes, warm briefly and serve immediately.
Time to prepare: approx. 30 minutes
