Peaches with Bavaria blu and thyme

Ingredients (serves four):
| 4 | peaches |
| 1 tbsp. | brown sugar |
| few drops | lemon juice |
| 150 g (5 oz) | Bavaria blu “Fitness“ |
| 8 | springs of thyme |
| 80 g (2,5 oz) | raspberries |
| Furthermore: | aluminium kitchen foil |
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Wash, halve and stone peaches. Put every two halves on a piece of aluminium kitchen foil, sprinkle them with brown sugar and drop some lemon juice on the peaches. Cut Bavaria blu “fitness“ into eight slices and cover the peaches - each halve with one slice of cheese and one sprig thyme. Close the foils, put them on a tray and bake them 20-30 minutes in the preheated oven.
Afterwards open the foil and add some raspberries. Serve hot.
Tip: Very delicious combined with yoghurt or buttermilk ice cream.
