Our Mini brie “-48% fat” is an artisan cheese made from fresh yogurt cultures and fresh milk from Chiemgau and Berchtesgadener Land and contains 48% less fat (absolute) than Bergader Mini brie “mild & creamy”. This way it develops its unique taste.

Serving suggestion:
Mini brie “-48% fat” tastes particularly light and fresh and is especially suitable for dressings and breakfast with jam or other fruit spreads.
