Our Bergader Cremosissimo “Con 48% di grassi in meno” (“with 48% less fat”) contains 48% less fat than Bergader Cremosissimo “L’Originale” and is an artisan cheese with a unique flavour. It is made with yogurt cultures and fresh milk from Chiemgau and Berchtesgadener Land.

Serving suggestion:
Bergader Cremosissimo “Con 48% di grassi in meno” has a particularly light and fresh taste. It is great used in dressings or for breakfast with jam or other fruit spreads.
