Gently sloping hills, lush mountain pastures brimming with fragrant herbs and, in the background, the impressive peaks of the Bavarian Alps: This beautiful landscape is home to Bergader Cheese Dairy. It is from this intact natural environment that we collect excellent fresh milk from local farms and process it daily into tasty Bergader cheese specialities.

For more than a hundred years, Bergader Cheese Dairy has been synonymous with traditional Bavarian cheese production. At the same time, we try to implement modern dairy technology to ensure the constant high quality of our products. It is this combination of modern technology and years and years of experience and knowledge that allows us to create such fine cheeses.
Cheese Making
Our philosophy for cheese making? Only the best cheeses deserve the stamp of Bergader. To guarantee this, we combine traditional craftsmanship with modern dairy technology and we use exclusively the best ingredients.
Our diary generates the creamiest soft cheeses, rich blue cheeses and naturally matured cut cheeses in order to have something delicious for every palate!
