Biarom is a fine, aromatic semi-hard cheese from Bergader. It is crafted in a traditional way according to the original recipe of the company’s founder, Basil Weixler. Our master cheese makers use fresh milk from Chiemgau and Berchtesgadener Land to produce this genuine Bavarian cheese. The cheese is available in five mouthwatering varieties:
