Basils Original Rauchkäse
for the deli counter
Basils Original Rauchkäse is a smoked cheese produced according to a century-old tradition, in which the cheese is cold smoked using Alpine wood. The cheese combines the characteristics of a mild, semi-hard cheese with a pleasantly smoky aroma.
